The CT Help Desk can often diagnose and repair minor computer problems immediately by use of a download.

The Process:

1.  CT will send a link to your computer. You will then click on the link to download a PASSWORD PROTECTED program.

            2.  Save the Program onto your Desk Top.

            3.  Make an appointment for a time convenient to you.

4.  At the appointment time, simply double left click on the CT- Help.exe icon, and you will be instructed ON LINE by a technician on how to proceed. You must be on the Internet at the appointment time.

The Technician will be able to diagnose most problems, and can often repair software difficulties, right from the CT Office.
